DIRECTIONS:

Stretch it apart with your forefingers inserted in the large end. Once you have it stretched, slide it over the edge of knob and onto the handle or Put it in some soapy water, then push/pull over the knob.(be sure you clean the soapy water off or the item will freespin on your handle)
